Neon Rosy Barbs are one of the larger barbs, maxing out at 5 - 6 inches. Their adult size will require a 55 gallon or larger aquarium. Rosy barbs are one of the few fish that will eat most types of algae, including black beard algae. While considered a peaceful fish, they can sometimes become nippy if not kept in large enough groups. Also they can withstand temperatures in the low 60's making them ideal for outdoor tubs or ponds.
