Orange Neocaridina have a wide range of acceptable water parameters, making them a great choice for beginner shrimp keepers. Shrimp do get preyed on by fish large enough to fit in their mouth. Therefore its important to have lots of hiding places or heavily planted aquariums. They will feed on algae and biofilm, however you should still feed high quality shrimp pellets for a varied diet.
